I went in for a CT scan for the first time in my life and unknown to me was the fear of being in that confined space; I am not precious and so I was quite embarrassed and overwhelmed with anxiety; However within time I was soon consoled by the valuable employee of Bass Coast Radiology. Marks ability to validate my feelings in a professional manner was genuine. I wasn't rushed at all, in fact I feel I got a free counselling session it really made a difference to my experience which has maybe made me overcome my fear.
I layed still in that machine for 5 mins without crying and I really believe I wouldn't have been able to do that if it wasn't for Mark.
A special mention to the lady at reception that assisted me with my referral. She was caring and considerate after seeing I had been crying.
I have such respect for these healthcare professionals.Thank you so much.
You guys deserve a pay rise!!
